The minute we hear, "this is the way we've always done it", we must examine the issue to determine the new perspective as it relates to today's agent and today's consumer. We must determine if it is relevant today or if we need to identify today's equivalent.

 I believe that extraordinary vision and truly innovative actions, are more important than ever.  We cannot look backward for solutions to today's business challenges. We must tap into the most progressive options and make those options readily available.

With 30 years as an active Broker, I know how important it is to have an open-door policy, create a collaborative culture, provide support, guidance, resources, and the most relevant industry information. About Stacy

Stacy is a Broker Associate and one of the Founding Members at LPT Realty, LLC. The company chosen by Inman as the Most Innovative Real Estate Company of 2024.


Formerly the Broker/Owner of The Real Estate Shop, Broker/Owner of a Keller Williams Realty Franchise in Pinellas County and real estate coach, consultant and trainer.  She is a native Floridian who began her real estate career in 1983. She built her first real estate company into a successful franchise and eventually sold it in 2005.  


Stacy believes that it is a high honor for agents to be the professional counsel for buying, selling, or trading real property and that consistent and progressive education is the path to higher levels of professionalism and standards of service. 


Stacy is C2EX endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS® and has earned the National Association of REALTORS® Graduate of REALTOR Institute®, Accredited Buyer Representative®, and Senior Real Estate Specialist® designations, plus the Military Relocation Professional® and Pricing Strategy Advisor® certifications. 


She is a graduate of the 2017 D6 Leadership Academy, has earned the Florida REALTORS® Honor Society award 3 times and is an RPAC Sterling R Investor. She served as a Florida REALTORS® Director 2018-2023, the Florida REALTORS® Forms Content Committee and also served as an elected 2019/2020 Greater Tampa REALTORS® Director.  Finding the local association to be one of her best resources for education and ongoing support for herself and her brokerages, Stacy has passionately served many committees, at different levels, over the years. She served many years on the Professional Standards committee and Grievance Committee, including Chair of Grievance 2019. 


Stacy is known for enthusiastically consulting and mentoring agents and brokers, outside of her company, and is always happy to help a fellow broker succeed or navigate a new challenge.
